Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please reach out via our Contact Us page. Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
