Refund policy

14-day returns

Contact info@pridelivingdecor.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Eligible UK and EU statutory rights apply where they provide longer protection.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. The buyer pays tracked and insured return shipping for preference or change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable for preference returns unless required by law.

Custom products

Personalized products may be cancelled within 24 hours. After production begins, they are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or required by law.

Damage, defect, error, or loss

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. You may choose a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, including original shipping, duties, and taxes. Pride Living Decor pays required return shipping for seller-fault issues.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Email info@pridelivingdecor.com before sending any return.
